STEM Challenges

Primary 5 have been fortunate enough to have Miss Rogers with us over the last two weeks.  She has been taking groups of children to work on STEM challenges based around buoyancy.  

Remembrance Day

P6/5 made poppy wreaths for Remembrance Day.

This week we visited the Victorian Classroom at Scotland Street School.  We got the chance to experience what school life was like in Victorian times.

 It was so realistic! It was as if I were in a maximum security prison! Absolutely terrifying! (Grace O)

 I loved it so much but it was scary when she hit the belt on the table. (Grace M)

I can’t believe I was acting as a Victorian child. We got to use metal nibbed pens and chalk crayons. It was fun...well kinda -Katie Pollock
