Since returning to school the children have been looking at nutrition and fitness and will continue to do so throughout the term. So far the children have helped to create their own circuits for training and have been evaluating and making changes to these; making them more difficult.
They have also looked at different food groups, nutrients and why we need them (e.g. Carbs for energy etc). Whilst looking at this we sampled some different fruits which proved very popular although Katie hated the raspberries.
